Shipping Policy
IO Collective ships all domestic parcels via USPS. Orders valued above $20 will receive complimentary shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping options include USPS Express shipping ($50) or UPS Next Day ($75). Our pieces are fully insured while in transit and must be signed for when received.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to our customers around the world via UPS Worldwide Express. Shipping varies depending on the destination country and takes approximately 3-10 business days. All jewelry is fully insured during transit and is subject to duties and taxes imposed on the destination country. At the time of purchase, duties and taxes are not included in the total. The recipient is responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed at the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for international orders due to customs processing times. Shipments are sent via UPS Worldwide Express. If you have any questions about international shipments, please contact us. The international shipping cost incurred during the checkout process is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded for shipping costs if the receiver refuses an international shipment.
IO Collective accepts returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise, all pieces must be returned for store credit within 3 days. Custom orders or special orders are final sales. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours at bonjour@iocollective.co. One of our team members will respond to your request within 1-3 business days and provide further instructions for returning your items. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. The original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to your return item are non-refundable. The sender is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your return after receiving it. All merchandise at IO Collective is thoroughly inspected for defects and damage before shipment. The buyer's responsibility is to check the item upon arrival to ensure it is free of defects. IO Collective will not accept damaged goods caused by the buyer's negligence for a refund. Any returns or exchanges that do not meet the criteria mentioned above will be sent back to the customer.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are exempt from paying sales tax.

Items on markdown, items purchased as an exchange or with a store credit, custom pieces, special orders, deposits on cus-tom work, items purchased during promotional events or seasonal sales and items purchased using a discount code of more than 10% off are final sale and cannot be returned. We are not responsible for any pieces that have not been purchased di-rectly from IO Collective, LLC.
